September is National Yoga Awareness Month. This month, we’ll show you where and how to celebrate it in the best possible way in Fort Lauderdale. The ancient practice of yoga involves maintaining and improving various poses. People of all ages can do it. Some of the exercises are very easy to perform and can be done by the elderly.

Fort Lauderdale Beach Yoga & Fitness

If you've wanted to try yoga at a relaxing beach location, this is the practice for you! Follow their weekly schedule of morning beach classes, plus check out their special event calendar, which includes classes for the full moon, meditations, and more. Las Olas Yoga
